Aesop High street is the second signature Aesop store Built has been involved in crafting. Aesop’s international design trend is for creating spaces unique to the location the store resides in. Tonal and textural elements represent the sites history, black steel doors open to porous Timaru basalt walls, sisal flooring and faceted steel counters and recycled concrete troughs. These textures are complemented by brushed metal shelving and extensive subtle LED lighting.
