The construction of this office space took place within a Heritage listed building. While posing a number of restrictions around protecting parts of the building it also posed a lot of opportunity to incorporate the raw and unique original elements. An added factor in this construction was sound transfer, and the need to eliminate transference between floors. Free standing, self supporting meeting rooms complete with their own ceilings and roofs were constructed to ensure complete acoustic privacy. Keeping with the Heritage look of the building, the exposed brick was enhanced to become a feature of the space and elements such as black metal and Crittal windows were introduced to complement the industrial feel.
